Meet Amy

Amy Christiansen-Schoefmann is the Owner and Baker at Eat More Cake . A self taught baker, she has come to love the challenge of creating couture, one of a kind designs for all of her clients, and is always learning and expanding her craft.

Amy, along with her husband Will and four children, live in Keene NH. When wedding season doesn’t have her super busy, Rugby takes over (at least for her husband). They also enjoy driving through New England and discovering new restaurants, and learning about the history of the land.
